Most process documentation dies the day it is written. Sendabrief takes the shapes process knowledge already arrives in, a click path captured by a Chrome extension, a spoken or typed description, a document that half covers it, a meeting you already had, or something written by hand, and returns the same structure every time: numbered steps, the role that owns each one, and if/then decision branches.

Nothing publishes until a person approves it, and whoever submitted a change cannot approve it themselves. Every published SOP carries an owner, a review cadence, and the date it was last verified, so the library does not quietly go stale. Team members mark procedures as read, recorded against the specific version they saw.

Pricing is per workspace rather than per seat: $49 a month flat, the same at 5 people and at 80. A free tier covers 5 SOPs with no card required.
