ScienceLogic is a great tool with lots of functionality. Its strength is that it integrates with other tools well. The vast amount of configurability and functionality means it's not always obvious to see how to do things, but that's a function of its flexibility. Users can get the information out of it, admins have ways of doing powerful bulk configurations and developers can use the API (and PowerFlow platform) to integrate with ITSM and CMDB tools. It comes with many ready made automation for event enrichment and more powerful interactive automations.
