SAP WMS

We VEM Tooling use SAP Warehouse Management. We have been using it for the last 8-9 months. With SAP WM, users can access real-time data on inventory, orders, and shipments, enabling better decision-making and reducing delays. SAP WM optimizes warehouse processes, leading to improved productivity and reduced labor costs. SAP WM is highly scalable and can handle warehouse operations of any size, making it suitable for growing businesses. Implementing SAP WM can be complex and time-consuming, requiring technical expertise and support from IT professionals. SAP WM is an expensive solution that can be prohibitive for small businesses or those with limited budgets.

You can not affect the database directly through SQL queries, so if you want to develop new functions inside the app, you have to use the SDK that includes a method for each object in the system.

Pros: It's really fast in terms of service and I really like many of its features.

Cons: Sometimes I feel its UI is not good.

The multi-client warehouse management solution was designed for large distribution centers with complex and highly automated processes. The Inventory management and goods movements are closely linked and are supportive in the warehouse.

This WMS was not useful and didn't provide us with the sufficient services which we were really in need of. It was a very pathetic tool till now on which we have worked with. Hence, I will not recommend it to anyone.
