SaavyCal

At Savio, we have used SaavyCal in our company for 3 years.I love being able to choose preferred availability which SavvyCal shows first to people booking meetings. If they don't book within 15-20 seconds, it'll then show the secondary time slots that I choose. This way, I can keep time to myself for deep work, uninterrupted by meetings. SavvyCal lets you put meetings on different calendars. Time zones update when I'm traveling, so I never miss a meeting. The recipient can overlay their calendar on top of mine using SaavyCal to quickly find a time to meet. You can limit how many meetings you have in a day, week, or month. One issue is that it puts the onus on the receiver to organize a meeting. That's usually fine, but there are times I need to be more proactive. (That's a con for any scheduling tool, I think). There have been a few times when I didn't have any time available. In those cases, there have been some back-and-forth emails while I move some things around on my calendar. But again, I think that's a con for any tool. I solve this by inviting people to let me know by email if they can't find a time that works for them.
