The scheduling interface enables self-service bookings with instructor availability, operating hours, and booking rules enforced automatically. Dispatch and return capture Hobbs and tach times and generate accurate charges, with payments through Stripe, Apple Pay, or ACH. The maintenance module tracks inspection deadlines, including annuals and FAA directives, with hour-based and calendar-based reminders; grounding flags prevent scheduling of non-airworthy aircraft, and squawk reports track issues to resolution.

Compliance tracking monitors pilot certificates, medicals, and currency, blocking non-compliant bookings. Reserve funds, cost sharing, and reporting round out the billing side, and the platform integrates with Google Calendar.
