  • It would be great to add new contacts directly in the Dialer and have a more consolidated view of Dialer Stats. The current layout requires too much navigation.
  • It would be better with more robust transaction management tools. Also, there’s no confirmation for sent emails, which can cause some uncertainty.

REsimpli’s dialer functionality and CRM organization have made navigating KPIs much more manageable. The support team has been responsive, always ready to address questions and improve usability. However, I do hope they improve the Dialer KPIs and contact management features further to boost efficiency.
