Upload a CV in any of 10 formats (PDF, Word, Excel, Apple Pages and more, plus scanned documents via OCR). RefineCV's AI extracts the candidate's details and pours them into your branded house template in about 10 seconds. Set your logo, colours and fonts once and reuse them on every candidate. Anonymise contact details with one click for blind recruitment, edit any field after formatting, then export a text-based PDF or DOCX.

Pricing is transparent: free to start with 10 CVs and no credit card, then $0.40 per CV pay-as-you-go with no minimum, or $50/month for 200 CVs on Pro. Unlimited team seats on every plan, GDPR compliant, with Bullhorn integration.
