“Okay product. Horrible customer service.”

Hard to customize without code and the customer service is awful. In order to get questions answered you need to upgrade to the pro subscription which charges annually. However, even after upgrade the level of customer support is minimal. Manuel the owner was rude and never replied or sent the $30 he advertised after his phone survey.
