RealtyJuggler has been around longer than I have been an agent and that really pays off for me. They offer all of the usual features a CRM should have - sending email, google sync, large letter and flyer libraries, the ability to edit and create custom content, great deliverability, texting, followup, tasking, calendar tracking, income and expenses tracking, etc.
But, where RealtyJuggler shines is both the integration of these features in a consistent user interface that works on every device I've ever tried it on, but also world-class deal tracking.
You can track ever aspect of your sales funnel from new leads that feed directly into RealtyJuggler from your websites, through the lead nurturing steps, to the active Buyer or Seller (pre-contract) through the the Contract and Post-Close follow-up that you need to do to get repeat business.
If you are using a broker provided CRM, even if it is "free", consider RealtyJuggler to gain an edge. It works for agents, brokers/teams and TCs.
