My company Lawn Love currently uses RationalPlan as its project management software. This software has been designed to give detailed planning of projects and offers reasonable flexibility with planning tasks, creating checklists, and tracking workloads. There are also specific cons that may dampen user experience - it requires a subscription fee which can become costly in the long run. Its scope is not expansive enough for more complex projects that involve high collaboration. In order to ensure success within my organization, I'm considering other options for project management software that better cater to our particular workflow needs.

RationalPlan is an excellent software. It offers a rich number of features such as tasks, projects, portfolios, resources, client management and many more which is really helpful for my company. It allows us to work seamlessly with MS excel and MS projects. I believe that it is an ideal and efficient project management software for businesses as well as individuals. It detects and shows us if any issue is there in our project that reduces the chance for any error to occur.

My company has been using Rational Plan for over 6 months now and managing projects for both managers and team members has never been easier. The tools, features, and capabilities of this software are highly competent. It keeps a confined track of all the tasks and projects and that feature makes it convenient for everyone to analyze necessary information on a timely basis. This tool has increased the productivity of teams, and helped us technically with appropriate features, and functionally with its amazing interface.

After switching to MAC, MS Project proved to be a dead-end, so I switched to RationalPlan, and I've never felt more relieved about my work since. I've been using RationalPlan for a while now, and I've discovered that many of my project management activities can now be completed more easily and efficiently than before. Some of the best features of this software include the Gantt Chart, Project Management, and Portfolio Management.
