Qobeitu

Qobeitu is a browser-based service operations platform for restaurants, cafes, fast food outlets, hotels and residential or commercial properties. Guests can scan a QR code to call a waiter, request a bill or printed menu, or report a service issue. Staff receive requests, take responsibility and update progress. Managers can organize locations and responsibility zones, track shifts and review service history and analytics. Depending on the business type, Qobeitu supports food order status tracking, tables and guest visits, hotel housekeeping and maintenance requests.

Role-based access helps each team focus on its work. The interface is available in English, Kazakh and Russian. Qobeitu does not replace a POS, payment processor or hotel booking system.
