Our company Venture Smarter uses the project management software ProWorkflow to manage and coordinate tasks and projects. The pros of using ProWorkflow are that it is incredibly user-friendly, with an intuitive interface and easy-to-follow menus. Many tools and features are available, such as time tracking, file sharing, and task management. Additionally, customer support is quick and helpful, which is very important to us. The cost of ProWorkflow is also reasonable, making it a good value for the money. The only con of ProWorkflow is that the integrations are not as comprehensive as some other project management software. However, this issue has been addressed mainly by ProWorkflow with their recent updates.

Here is our go-to project tracking software: ProWorkflow. 

Project management requires minimal effort with ProWorkflow. All activities from quoting clients to invoicing across all projects are visible to users, making it easier to manage multiple projects at once.  

Aside from their extensive suite of features and programs available, ProWorkflow’s customer service team does an excellent job solving their client’s problems. 

Users only need to send a ticket for a representative to call them. The best part about this is that you no longer need to exchange lengthy emails.

Our company(Incrementors Web Solutions) uses ProWorkflow Software. We are still learning to take advantage of all the valuable tools ProWorkflow Offers w for project planning and time management. The tools we are using have helped us realize the actual amount of time we should be allocating for different project types as well as keeping tasks/projects slipping through the cracks. Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications, and timesheets. There is a built-in messaging tool, really useful. Task Templates are a lifesaver. It is simple enough not to take up all your time but powerful enough to ensure all your information is stored and easily accessible. It makes it easy to manage projects with an associate. But, if you need a more sophisticated system for proposals and invoices Proworkflow is not there. It will give you just enough flexibility to customize a quote and send your invoices to QuickBooks/Xero directly from a quote or proposal. But if you need quote/proposal templates for multi-page terms and conditions, and percentage invoicing or progress billing, be prepared to do these manually.  

Pros: Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built-in messaging tool, really useful. Great to use.

Cons: Online tool so found it slow to load at times but nothing major. Support can be slow to reply because of time zones.

Overall Experience: A solid software for small ad or creative agencies that need to track projects. Easy to learn and has some good capabilities for tracking time against budget.

ProWorkFlow is fairly simple and straightforward. All areas are clearly labeled and each feature is self-explanatory. Even the more intricate functions, like template design, are well within the reach of beginner users. Also, the customer service is frankly so great and free that technical problems aren’t much of a hurdle anyways.
