Procore

We have been using ProCore for about 7 years. It has evolved significantly since we started using it. New functionality and modules added, that really do provide a lot of value. Now, ProCore has charged for each additional module and feature they add so expect the pricing to be "dynamic". Overall, the value proposition is there if you are able to utilize the software across your organization and have at least 1, if not multiple, champions that are internal to your organization that can promote the features, provide overview that things are being utilized consistently and correctly, and can serve as a quick resource to answer questions. We have found that the product support is responsive and helpful. The fact that they are U.S. based also helps for a multitude of reasons. I would recommend anyone that is operating a construction company with revenues about 5M to give ProCore a hard look.

I was part of the committee that reviewed software programs and helped with the on boarding. This was by far our best option. The training videos and live support is the best.

Procore has been a great benefit to our company. The ability to work collaboratively with our outfield and in-house staff,plus project owners, engineers, subs has helped to track all of our data and keep it readily accessible to everyone. Tech support is great and very responsive.

Procore is always growing and updating the software to the users needs and requests. My Procore experience spans 6.5 years and 2 companies. I always recommend it to everyone I meet.

Procore's cloud based construction software has helped our company work more efficiently. Having access via multiple platforms is essential. Uptime is excellent as well. Our only concern with Procore is the cost. It's quite expensive. However we haven't found another software package with this feature set, ease of use and accessibility.

As a Project Manager with 7 years of management experience and 5 years of experience on the design end I've seen lots of management softwares and so far Procore has been the one that was able to cover every step of the process and connect all the dots. The more I learn about Procore and it's features the more I love and recommend it.

Our company purchased Procore almost 2 years ago now and we've never looked back. Though there have been challenges to work through; this platform has taken us to the next level in professionalism.
