I am owner of a burger restaurant in Melbourne, VIC. I had very bad experience with other POS softwares which are big name in the POS industry and wanted to switch my POS software to other. I had received marketing email from Pratham POS for a free demo, so i have decided to get a demo of the POS system for my restaurant. I was thrilled to know the pricing, features and designs they are offering after the demo.


Other POS companies are charging huge amount in the name of maintenance, monthly fees, commission fees etc. While Pratham POS is offering more flexibility at less price. It is really great option for anyone who is looking for pos alternative of square, lightspeed, zenoti etc.

As being a restaurant owner, I had used another POS system which was pathetic and most expensive. I had received marketing email from Pratham POS and thought to give a try.

So I had contacted with their sales team to know more about Pratham POS. They explained me each and everything about the POS software. Finally I have decided to move from my existing POS software to Pratham POS. There was only catch that my older POS software had their own hardware which was useless for me to install Pratham POS. So Team of pratham pos supplied me new hardware which is really great and helped me to install pos software on a same day i received the hardware.

Pratham POS has range of features which is almost impossible to offer by other giant point of sale software companies at low cost. Go ahead and choose Pratham POS for your restaurant.

I had started my own restaurant and I was looking for the pos system for it. One of my friend has a restaurant so I have contacted with him for the POS recommendation for my restaurant.

He was using Pratham POS system since 1 year so he suggested me to use it. So I had contacted with support team to get the point of sale system for my business. They're so friendly and supportive staff, thumbs up to whole team.

Coming back to pos system, it is really easy to use. UI/UX is perfect and all the major payment gateways are integrated so you don't have to worry about it. Easy to manage the catalogue. Ordering process is smooth as well.

If you own restaurant, café, Pub OR Bar, I highly recommended you to go with Pratham POS.
