Field values can be burned directly onto images, creating self-contained visual records. Editing tools include rotation, cropping, and smart blur for anonymizing sensitive areas.

Every upload transfers JPEGs plus a structured JSON metadata file directly to SFTP, Google Drive, or Dropbox — ready for ERP, finance, automation scripts, and AI pipelines. Privacy by design: photos are captured without gallery access and deleted automatically after upload.
