“An amazing tool”
Pros: Customer service is something Paycom is known for. They want to ensure you're taken care of and will take the time to ensure your questions are answered.
Cons:
When I have run into an issue with the system, I have put in a development request. Having that option made it seem Paycom was dedicated to ensuring they were providing the best software.

Paycom provides many useful features to businesses for handling every aspect of the employee lifecycle. It has been really very helpful for our business where Applicant tracking and onboarding can be handled with the talent acquisition features. The time and labor management feature ensures that time is tracked accurately and that schedules are made to meet both the needs of employees and businesses. With payroll tracking and automation, payments are handled online and wages are automatically provided to each employee with the approval of managers.
