  • The team provides training in person as well as online. (considering both newcomers and experts)
  • The support service is really enthusiastic and responsive. This makes solving small queries easy and quick.
  • The record keeping system is pretty robust. The alerting system of pending order to availability of units in the inventory is very useful.

What users like the least

  • As of now, I have no complaints about this software.
  • I didn’t find any option to generate stock in and out, profit and purchase pdf report if it avail than could be very useful.
  • While OrderMS offers fantastic features and automation, the initial setup and integration process can be a bit complex and time-consuming, especially for businesses with numerous existing platforms and data. However, once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and is well worth the effort

I would rate 5/5 start to the OrderMs team as well. They are very much flexible and made a very awesome inventory management, order management tool. All the best. Easy to use, simple UI UX. Looking forward to make it my primary ordering and fulfilling tool. I found this product after a month of research trying testing multiple similar products.

I asked them to make some customisation in my plan and some integration. We are doing that as well.

No, doubt it’s a great solution, very useful for maintaining records of small businesses. I have tried a lot of software but finally, I found this one. I am using this for my business and I feel very much comfortable with the software. It is really useful for stock management of the business.

Order MS is an excellent Inventory Management Software and Order Management Software. We recently switched from inFlow Inventory to this application, and while most of the functions are similar, Order MS is a great solution for work automation and convenience of use.
