Ncored

Ncored is a fast desktop PDF editor built for large CAD and construction drawings. Architects and engineers often work with heavy AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD exports of 50 to 200 MB and beyond, where most general PDF tools start to lag on scroll, zoom and pan. Ncored stays smooth on exactly those files, so you can move around a large drawing, zoom into detail and mark it up without waiting.

It runs locally on Windows and Mac, including Apple Silicon. Your PDF files are processed on your own machine rather than uploaded to a cloud, so confidential project drawings stay private.

Ncored is deliberately focused. It does fast viewing, markup, text editing and page handling rather than trying to be a full document suite, so it does not include OCR, forms or e-signature today.
