I am using MSB Docs in integration with Salesforce. Genuinely, this served all our contracting needs. The sales cycle has accelerated many folds, and we are able to close deals faster. The ability to customize the workflows and templates made our task easier than ever. We can easily map the fields from the salesforce and get things going extremely fast.

From a user perspective, I appreciate how each of the features in MSB Docs smart document solutions is well offered. Signing via SMS link is very convenient. I would say it is by far the best eSigning and document workflow solution I've used.

Because of MSB Docs, we now have a completely paperless organization. Getting signature approvals has become painless without printing and tracking the physical paperwork. At first, I doubted transforming paper-based processes into digital, but the platform seems so secure and intuitive that I can't resist. I am happy with the decision to go paperless with MSB Docs.

I started to use MSB Docs in 2020 during lockdown period as there was no way to move and meet people in person to get documents signed using wet signatures. I used MSB Docs until we were able to come back to the office. Looking at the smooth signing even during the lockdown, my entire organization including me now started using MSB Docs as a primary way to get documents signed internally as well as externally. We are using MSB Docs for signing invoices, contracts, and legal documents. I'm happy to choose and use it.

Instantly accessible to sign documents on the go which is pretty neat. It has helped me to streamline the loan processing documents, validate the identity of the customers and get signatures by remaining contactless. It truly offers me a remote experience at completely affordable rates.

Overall, we are very happy with the services offered by MSB Docs. We are able to minimize the paper and printing costs and increase productivity too. A simple audit trail shows us every detail of the signed document including the name of the signer, time, and place. Some of our team members were a bit unsure about it at first, but once they started using it, there were no complaints.

My ability to work quickly and accurately at this point is just because MSB Docs is in place. Taking approvals and input from clients with duly signed documents has become much easier and error-free. Invoice sharing and signing quickly help in easy payment collection.

The ability to sign irrespective of the time and place is one of the greatest benefits our team is leveraging after choosing MSB Docs smart document solutions. The user interface is fairly simple to understand and use. The audit trail after signing a document is a great way to keep records of the signed documents that can be used for legal purposes.

I appreciate how each of the features in MSB Docs is well developed and we as a team are making good use of the smart document solutions to improve productivity and efficiency. My experience using it as a corporate tool for over 500+ outside team members is really good.
