We at RoverPass use Monday.com for our project management software.The system is very easy to use, which is a bonus for the whole team. It's also customizable, so it works for the tech-savvy members who like to make things as technologically complicated as possible and it works for those members who prefer much less technology in their lives.

We at Electrician Apprentice HQ use Monday. We like it because it's free, it comes with templates, and you can choose your needs on the website to tailor what you want to accomplish. Also, it has an easy to use interface, and you can use it to tackle projects of virtually any size

The reason we’ve been using this tool over time is because of its versatility and easy-to-use interface that even beginners can have an easy time working with. Talking of meetings and keeping track of appointments, Monday takes the lead with its ability to integrate with almost all popular calendar applications such as Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Based on the nature of our projects, Monday has been almost flawless. The only thing I have observed as a drawback is the lack of an effective support team. An inquiry may take over 1 hour before getting a response which can be very inconvenient.

Also, you cannot trace which user is not navigating the platform

We at Sleep Advisor use Monday.Com since a long time now. Monday is easy to use, saving us time since we don't need to spend hours and loads of money to train up employees. There's also the amazing automation that transfers jobs to new boards automatically. This ensures that no time is wasted waiting for someone to reassign tasks. Our only complaint is that sometimes the site seems to slow down a bit, but whether this is on our side, or Monday's side, we can't really tell.

At Daniel Foley SEO, we use Monday.com through this we can see what everyone is working on, daily shifts and deadlines that everyone is working towards. It's an easy-to-understand program which can help to make the most out of your team and be efficient. However, it sometimes takes a while to update, all depends on your team size and how much you have going on.

However, the biggest problem we have here is that communication is often via messaging. I'd love to see a video or a call function added to the software so that the team does not have to use other sources to communicate. Keeping within one place to reduce time switching between apps.

I have one team member who works remotely from me! We use Monday.com to track our projects and tasks.

Some of the pro's include the simplicity and ease of use. Being able to drop and drag, order by priority, sync with time tracking software like Toggl is a must for being productive and making the most of the hours available.

The only con I've found so far is the price scale, it starts off at a minimum of three seats, at a cost of $14 per seat. I'd love to be able to pay for just the seats I need, but like anything, good software is worth the investment!

Monday.com was easily for managing project work at Rycob Media. It had almost all of the features we wanted. Project status tracking, IFTTT integration, and multiple users. The only reason I haven't given it a 5 star is due to the price. A lot of the features in it, I found, were premium features and were not worth the large amount long-term.

I've used and recommended a number of job management solutions in my years as a business advisor of Dilate Digital company. Each has their pro's and con's and really you only get out of them what you put in. By that, I mean a piece of software is only as good as the systems and procedures that utilize them. Monday is a great product. We've been using this for a couple of years now and have some good features. It has the ability to track time, although not for billing purposes. It allows you to easily customer your workflow to suit your business and requirements.
