MentorEase is a subscription-base software that helps mentoring program administrators match mentors and mentees. The platform offers a branded experience for participants with customized forms, weighted criteria, self-matching and auto-matching. We work with colleges and universities, industry associations and corporate HR departments. MentorEase software and programme helps Mentoring Program Administrators at universities, associations and corporate HR departments automate the matching process, connecting mentor and mentees.

The platform is customized for clients with a branded and styled interface, customized forms and customized matching algorithm. This is coupled with simple and effective tools, guides and help for administrators, mentors and mentees to produce what we call Actionable Learning Outcomes (ALOs).
