MeatSys

MeatSys is a comprehensive production management and traceability solution developed for slaughterhouses, meat processors, packers and further processing companies. It covers all operations from animal receiving to order processing. Thanks to its parametric structure, it can be used for all species including cattle, sheep, camel and game animals, and can be deployed as a modular or fully integrated system. With RFID-tagged hooks and fixed readers, carcass movements are recorded automatically without interrupting production.

Through the Smart Process Design module, companies can perform the same task in different ways without development fees. MeatSys includes modules for meat processing, storage, further processing, food safety, labeling, sales and distribution. Integrated with the IntegraFarm farm management system, it delivers full farm-to-fork traceability. It is web-based, installed on a local server and accessed via a browser over LAN, requiring no mandatory internet connection.
