Maxyfi's vision is to enable collection agencies and businesses with the right insights, dunning strategies, and intelligent tools that will assist them in recovering debts and generating more revenue very quickly. Our journey started 3 years ago when we were doing service-based business. We used to provide service to a customer and then raise an invoice with a Payment term of 30 Days. We were focusing on service delivery and not on following up on the payments. As the days passed, our DSO increased, putting our business at stake.

We appointed a person to track the customer on payments. However, the outcome was not as expected.
