Levy Guestpass

Levy Guestpass is a connected-vehicle access workflow for carsharing hosts, rental fleets, and mobility operators that need remote vehicle handoffs without sharing OEM credentials or relying on loose message threads. Hosts create a trip-scoped pass in Levy Fleets, set the approved access window, mark required identity checks complete, and send the guest a secure link. The guest verifies their phone and receives only the controls authorized for that trip. Guestpass routes lock and unlock commands through configured connected-vehicle providers while recording link views, verification events, command outcomes, provider responses, and support actions.

When remote access is unavailable, the pass keeps pickup and physical-key fallback instructions visible. Hosts can revoke or rotate passes, change the guest phone number, and end access when the reservation closes. Mobile web and app experiences support rental and fleet workflows where auditable remote handoff matters.
