LeadGen App helps brands create beautiful and conversion-friendly online forms. It’s a software that will help your business generate more leads and customers via creative form designs that your audience likes to fill. The form-builder makes it easy for anyone to create forms, not touching any code. LeadGen App multi-step forms convert significantly better than conventional form designs and turn the conversational nature of chatbots into forms.

My name is Christopher, I am responsible for customer success, marketing, and sales at LeadGen App.

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?

Our founder discovered the concept of multi-step forms in Apple's iPhone online support back in 2016 and used it as an inspiration for his own web agency contact form. There wasn't any suitable solution on the market at the time, so we created the form via custom code. We kept growing and improving the tool, getting more and more users onboard and developing it into a performance-driven lead capture app & a multi-step form tool for marketers. The objective is to support businesses, small to large, to make the most of their website and help win more business they would otherwise lose out on.

Yes, monthly and yearly recurring customers. We also offer one-off services like form design and a form audit.

Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

Yes, support is super important to our users. We have a help centre as the base for all product content, a support chatbot that will answer questions to specific problems, live support via chat, and email support. When signing up for LeadGen App we provide a course with short videos that guide users to get to know the app quickly.
