Around 80% of all employees work without a fixed PC workstation - on the shop floor, on site, in the kitchen or on the road. Kibi Connect brings them together in one app.

It replaces a whole toolbox: chat and video calls for daily coordination, news for company announcements, a wiki for work instructions and processes, an academy for briefings and training, tasks and a calendar for organisation, surveys for feedback, file storage with integrated office apps for documents, spreadsheets, presentations and whiteboards, plus time tracking with payroll export, an employee directory and fleet management.

Everything runs on smartphone, tablet or browser - no extra hardware needed. Kibi Connect is operated exclusively in German data centres, with no data transfer to third countries, a data processing agreement, encrypted transmission and automatic backups.

Developed and supported by WESLINK GmbH in Coesfeld, Germany. Typical customers have 20 to 2,000 employees.
