Our company's favorite requirement management software is Jama. It’s great for capturing and communicating requirements, goals, progress, and interdependencies throughout the development process. The software allows you to trace people, data, and processes, as well as real-time impact analysis with team collaboration. Our company uses Jama requirement management software. It has features with end-to-end traceability, data and resources, real-time impact analysis, reviews, and approvals. Pros: The ability to store and create your field-level data, and we have taken advantage of that in spades. This alone has saved us hundreds to thousands of dollars. It is a light application. Cons: It’s sluggish sometimes. If you do not have an enterprise license, it will limit the number of users who can stay logged in together. It is different from other document software, so people have a hard time learning it. We have been using this software for the last six months. Earlier we would face several problems which have been easier to deal with. We use it daily. Also, we are not moving away from this software. It helps us a lot in our daily work.
