Intranet Inside is a modern French intranet software designed to centralize internal communications, share them across the organization, and boost employee engagement, including for frontline workers. It brings together news, HR updates, collaboration, and document resources in a fully customizable, company-branded interface for desktop, mobile, and reception screens (TV display).
Easy to manage and keep lively, Intranet Inside lets you publish content fast (front-end editing, drag-and-drop), amplify key messages with multi-channel notifications, and track KPIs from an analytics dashboard (engagement, traffic, top content). It includes powerful search (autocomplete, document search) and optional AI-assisted content writing.
On the IT side, it integrates with SSO/Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and connectors on request, with role-based access control (RBAC). Deploy as SaaS or on-premise to match your security policy, hosted in France and GDPR-compliant.
