Intkoach is an AI-driven career platform that helps international students and early-career job-seekers streamline and improve their application process by generating job-description–tailored resumes, persuasive cover letters, and personalised follow-up messages. The product identifies skill gaps between a candidate’s base resume and a target job description, then recommends concrete improvements so applicants can close those gaps before they apply.

The platform also includes a centralized application tracker that stores each resume–JD pair, tracks application status (wishlist, in progress, interview, accepted, rejected), and surfaces dashboard analytics so users can prioritise opportunities and measure progress. Intkoach is built to make application workflows repeatable, reduce avoidable mistakes, and increase the chance that international candidates are noticed by recruiters.
