Interview Exchange is a user friendly online system designed for Higher education that allows the university to post jobs and affords candidates the ability to apply on-line by uploading resumes/CVs, cover letters, and multiple documents; this system also allows Search chair/team members and administrators to review materials, write notes about the candidates in the system, communicate electronically in the system as well as to communicate with the candidates and generate all meaningful reports.
