Holdless

Holdless is a consumer service that helps people avoid long IRS hold times when seeking assistance with personal tax questions. Instead of repeatedly calling, navigating phone menus, and waiting on hold, users sign in with Google, verify their phone number through a one-time text, and let Holdless handle the waiting. The service calls the IRS account-management line, navigates the menus, and remains on hold until an agent is near. When available, the IRS calls the user's phone back directly, connecting them with a live representative.

Holdless uses a pay-per-result model, charging $50 only when a callback is successfully scheduled. If no callback is obtained, users pay nothing.
