Hayati AI Nexus

Hayati AI Nexus is a Healthcare Operating System for Indian hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. It connects reception and appointments, patient queues, doctor workflow, GST-aware billing, pharmacy inventory, and hospital-side TPA billing in one platform.

For pharmacies and pharmacy chains, it supports multi-rate GST billing, FEFO batch and expiry inventory, Schedule H and H1 registers, offline-capable counters, and multi-branch stock governance. Hospitals and clinics can manage OPD reception, queues, doctor workflow, billing, and TPA billing alignment.

Optional AI modules include an AI Receptionist for Indian-language call handling and appointment booking, and an AI Retention Agent for governed follow-ups with consent controls. These are operational assistants, not diagnostic or clinical-decision systems.

Hayati runs desktop and local-first with cloud sync, for single sites and multi-branch groups. Scope, language packs, and integrations are confirmed during a walkthrough.
