About Greenote

Greenote is Windows desktop software for Indian Chartered Accountants. Drop in a client's bank statement as PDF, Excel or CSV, and it returns categorised entries with the counterparty named, ready to post into TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9. It reads 100+ Indian bank formats, checks the running balance before anything is posted, and lets you undo an entire Tally upload if it went to the wrong company. Everything runs on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, so your client's bank data never reaches a third-party server.
