Gatherlist

Gatherlist is a web app for anyone who runs a guest list at a door: clubs, bars, promoters, festivals and private events.

Owners create venues and events, then lists with entry caps, cutoff times and price labels. The server enforces the rules, not a spreadsheet. Staff are invited with a code and get exactly the role they need: owners run venues, list managers drop names from their phones during the week, door staff see the check-in screen and nothing else.

Guest DJs and sponsors get a share link with a guest cap, an expiry and a QR code, so they can add names without an account.

At the door, a dark, phone-first check-in view searches as you type, admits with a tap, tracks partial arrivals ("3 of 5 here") and syncs live, so two cashiers never admit the same "+5" twice. Separate door counters let bouncers count everyone in and out, one counter per door, while managers watch the venue fill up minute by minute.
