GanttPRO is a project management tool based on Gantt charts. It makes project management processes clear, transparent, and professional for people with different experiences.
Since 2015, my team and I do our best to offer the best MS Project Alternative in the market. My role is mostly to find the best people, help them open themselves to new challenges, and motivate them to do their best to feel how we grow together.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
At the very beginning, we started a few products. At some moment, we realized that we experienced challenges with planning, management, and collaboration. We researched the market and figured out that there were no solutions that could potentially cover all our needs. This was the moment when an idea to develop a project management tool came up.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
Looking at what the market offered, we realized that most of the solutions could gather people and tasks together in one place. Unfortunately, this is where it all ends. They can’t help in planning, risk forecasting, giving an overall picture, managing resources, and, most importantly, they do not give an answer to the WHEN question.
Here comes GanttPRO. With the software, you can quickly and easily create a project plan as well as optimally allocate material and labor resources. Eventually, it narrows down the risks of project failure and cuts costs.
The planning is definitely GanttPRO’s forte. However, it also covers all the needs at the implementation phases.
Briefly, project managers, teams, stakeholders, and any other parties engaged know WHEN a project ends, WHO and HOW MANY resources are needed, and WHAT possible risks are.

The best we can do is to listen to our customer’s feedback and wishes in different niches and try to find common patterns and problems, analyze them, and then implement them in the best possible way.
Also, we put a lot of effort into onboarding, help, and support.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes. We have a subscription-based pricing model, so 90% of our customers are repetitive.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We have a detailed knowledge base. Also, there are video tutorials that cover specific features of GanttPRO.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We have a Live chat available within business hours. When not available, the chat system saves all queries and issues as tickets which are addressed as soon as possible.
