We Global LTS have been using FreeAgent online software since the beginning and it’s been great. The software is being updated and upgraded on regular basis. The team works non-stop to add features and roll out additions that make the software better every year. They have accountants and support team who are very knowledgeable and quick to reply. We are never left with questions unanswered and we get all the information we need. Whatever the question may be, we always got quick reply with set-by-step process on how to deal with the issue and how to set up for the future. This is super valuable to our business. FreeAgent also deals well with multiple currencies. It has a wide range of integrations with CRMs and other tools which helps us streamlining the processes. We now have our CRM integrated, and can see the client’s overdue invoices, etc. within the CRM.
