My name is Manuel Gros and I am the CEO of the company. I am in charge of leading all our teams to reach the goal of being a world top 3 BPM solution.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
We believe business process automation should be simple. In this context, we found that the current solutions on the market were complicated to use or not powerful enough to solve real-life processes. Flokzu is conceived as a pure no-code tool, so anyone, even without a technical background, can model and deploy their processes, but powerful enough to solve real problems.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
As mentioned in the previous question, Flokzu is at the intersection of Ease of use and robustness. Most no-code process automation solutions are based on checklists, which are very easy to use but limited to a few simple use cases. On the other hand, the most powerful solutions are based on BPMN, a standard universal notation that is very useful to solve complex problems. However, these tools are very difficult to use and can only be handled by technical teams.
Flokzu, on the other hand, uses the BPMN notation but is easy to use, creating a powerful combination capable of solving real-life, complex processes without IT knowledge.

What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We are a very versatile solution, but we are having massive success in manufacturing companies, banks, and the government. At the same time, inside our clients, we see a lot of usage from the HR departments.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Apart from what we stated before, regarding ease of use and power, we have some exciting features that other competitors lack, like a Sandbox option. Also, our metrics section is compelling, providing insights that can take to crucial business decisions.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our clients are delighted with Flokzu, and they go deeper in usage year after year. Since the company's foundation, we stated that customer success should be one of the pillars of our product. So, we decided that Customer Success agents should always know more about the tool and discipline than the clients requesting help. In that context, we defined that Customer Success could not be the "entry-level" as happens in many tech companies, and today all our CS agents are engineers.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Yes, our customers are repetitive. We cannot share that kind of KPIs for internal policies, but I can tell you that the customers that generate 80% of our revenue increase their usage (and invoice) 20% YoY approximately.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?

Flokzu has a world-class customer success team available 24 hours from Monday to Friday, via chat or email, and we are open to scheduling video calls if needed. As mentioned before, all the members of our CS team are engineers, so they can solve all the queries quickly and accurately.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2021?
Our ARR was in the range of 1.5M.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
To be honest, I believe that in the next ten years, Flokzu will be acquired by a major tech company. The power of our product, and the experience of our team in the BPM space, make Flokzu an exciting option in the tech M&A market.
