EliteBooks is bookkeeping software built for the way freelancers actually work.
Send a branded invoice with a Pay Online button and get paid by card or bank transfer. The money settles into your own Stripe account, never ours, so nobody can hold it, delay it, or freeze it.
Connect your bank once and transactions arrive categorized based on your own history. Photograph a receipt and a bill is drafted for you to approve. Underneath it all sits a real double-entry ledger, so profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and sales tax reports are always live and always balanced. There is no month-end close because there is nothing to close.
The free plan is not a trial. Invoicing, quotes, expenses and the full accounting ledger are free and stay free. The paid plan covers only what costs us money to run: bank feed connections, AI receipt scanning, and automation.
