Elevate Direct was established nearly 10 years ago, with the ambition to leverage technology to allow companies to build a dynamic view of all Talent available to them – Internal and External, Past, Present and Future.

Over the years the Elevate platform has evolved to use powerful Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to help Clients build an understanding of the skills available, what skills gaps are there and aid future planning. While it is clear that AI can work more efficiently than humans at certain tasks (e.g. Search and assessment), Elevate Direct recognises the importance of the human as part of Recruitment 4.0 and has been designed to work with the recruitment teams.
