“Horrible product - Zero Support”
This was seemingly convent in expensive online voting platform... until you need support. They claim that the average wait time is 8 minutes. It took 3 days for the first response, and it offered a promising result. However, it did not correct the issue, and each subsequent contact takes as many days. The phone number rings and then hangs up immediately. I should have been more careful in purchasing because this place is run out of a Mailbox Express in Texas and they have no actual place of business. This is a novelty voting platform and not a serious business. Buyer Beware!!!!
