It is really a powerful document management software that helps us with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and SOX by providing audit trails, version control, and document retention policies. With the help of this tool, we are able to easily search and retrieve documents as it uses OCR technology.

My organization EasySearchPeople has been using Rubex by eFileCabinet for the past two years. As a cloud-based document management solution, Rubex allows remote employees easy access to the exact functionality they would need when working from the office. It also has a mobile app that provides employees access to every stored file. One of the shortfalls of Rubex is that it takes a bit of time for some employees to master its usage fully.
