Drupal

Drupal is a pretty good option, and it's got a ton of useful features, but it's not very beginner-friendly. This is an advanced solution that I'd happily recommend it to everyone who has some technical knowledge. If you've got no experience working with CMS platforms, but if you know what you're doing, you can't go wrong with Drupal.

Drupal is a robust CMS that offers a lot of functionality. In excels in situations where complex user roles and permissions are needed, or in scenarios where a customizable "user dashboard" is needed. As a Senior Developer of Integritive, I think the out-of-the-box functionality of Drupal is a bit limited, but with the help of user-contributed modules (and the help of a skilled developer), it can do just about anything.

Drupal is a CMS which allows users to install and uninstall modules in order to tweak a website’s features. It also enables great personalization with its theme options. Not only this, but Drupal allows for lots of flexibility when it comes to using your preferred technology platforms. The operating system can be either Mac OS or Windows instead of Linux, the database can be SQLite or PostgreSQL instead of MySQL, and the web server can be Nginx or IIS instead of Apache.



As a CMO of Maple Holistics, I feel that it’s a great choice if you want to build a good website without breaking your budget. But you might want to consider other options if you’re looking for something that’s more specialized.

I find Drupal has a high learning curve making it tricky to use for someone like me who is not a developer or has not taken hours to learn how to use it. I like how flexible the platform is and how much it can do with a website, but personally, as a founder of my own website - Stacy Caprio, I prefer more user-intuitive website platforms.
