With Doodle, everyone can see the available time slots and quickly indicate their availability, making planning efficient and hassle-free. Another benefit is the flexibility Doodle offers. It integrates with various calendar platforms, such as Google Calendar and Outlook, ensuring that our appointments are seamlessly synchronized across different devices and applications. It eliminates the back-and-forth communication and confusion that often occurs when scheduling meetings with multiple participants. Overall, Doodle's user-friendly interface and seamless integration with calendar platforms are significant advantages for our company's appointment scheduling needs. While it may have limitations regarding advanced features, its simplicity and efficiency make it a valuable tool for streamlining our scheduling processes.

The pros of using Doodle as your project planning software is that its integration makes it easy to meet in a team as it is capable of connecting with more than 1,000 applications through Zapier. The cons is that it has no phone support and its priority support is only available for enterprises.

Our company is using Doodle to book and schedule appointments and meetings with our clients, customers, and the management to save our time and money. Doodle has an app for both Android and iOS as well.

Pros

I’m so impressed with how well this software integrates with multiple third-party applications like Zoom, Google Meet, Outlook, and Microsoft Office 365 etc.

Cons

The user interface (UI) of Doodle is not that impressive and sometimes appears boring.

Running a small business like CocoFinder with front-end staff is stretched thin, I find myself juggling too many calls, and the adoption of Doodle scheduling software for small business helps me cost-effectively ease my burden. The core problem that Doodle can solve is the disorganised, harried feeling I get when sifting through email messages and calendars. Doodle not only offers you a way to book appointments and meetings, and organise, communicate, and track changes all in one platform, but it also helps me keep appointments confidential for you and all attendees.

Doodle scheduling is free if you just want to set up a poll to find the best time to meet, but if you’re interested in the actual booking tools, you’ll need a paid plan. There are several plans, and I find the Pro plan offering the best features for me, costing $5.99/month (paid annually). The Pro plan also allows access to custom branding, one-on-one meetings, and a personalised scheduling URL. 

Doodle capabilities stand out at organising meetings with multiple attendees and providing robust security. It also 14-days free trial and integrates well with existing tools and plug-ins, including Zoom, Free plan. A few drawbacks include some minor UI complaints, installed features-set is quite basic, and not suitable for service-based industry booking. From my experience, Doodle earns high reviews with a 4.5-star.
