Every update/action/assignment that takes place in the Case Investigation is notified in real-time via In-App notification or emails to stakeholders, keeping everyone updated with the case investigation. Case Investigation is evolved when investigators, stakeholders comment on the cases off the record and enable collective efforts. Any name mentioned in the comments notifies the user/investigator via in-app notification/email.
