We Replace Your Docs use CoConstruct. The creator of CoConstruct started the company in 2004 after having a disastrous experience hiring a builder and wanted to assist others to escape the same fate. It's mobile-friendly, including tools for estimating, bidding, and organizing teams of workers. Because it was designed with home builders in mind and includes features like which were before tools, customizations, branding, and punch lists—not to mention the fact that it can be integrated with QuickBooks—we think it's the greatest option for them.

We are a small family-owned business named Elite building in the building industry.

We use Co-Construct project management software.

It ensures that we have all tasks outlined in stages very clearly from the initial meeting to project handover. It allows us to add to-do items and track financials, prepare and document variations and record selections. It also allows us to upload photographs of the project for the customer to enjoy and it has a warranty section for after handover where customers can upload any warranty items with photos and great detail. It's really fantastic.
