Clino

Clino is a Swiss SaaS platform that automates the complete employment lifecycle for household staff such as cleaners, nannies, au pairs and elderly carers. We generate legally compliant employment contracts, monthly payslips, AHV and social insurance registrations and submissions, and year end tax documents for all 26 Swiss cantons. Families pay a flat CHF 19.90 per month, roughly 30 to 60 percent less than the established competitor quitt.ch. Clino also includes a free canton by canton salary and cost calculator, so employers know exactly what hiring a household employee will cost before they commit.

The platform is available in German, English, French, Italian and Spanish, making it accessible to Switzerland's many international households. Built and based in Zurich, Clino launched in 2026 with a simple goal: make legal, fair, and fully insured household employment the easy default for every Swiss family.
