CliniShift

CliniShift is an innovative staffing and communication software that helps healthcare managers fill open shifts and manage schedules using the CliniShift Manager portal and CliniShift App. Our lightweight, flexible software is applicable to both clinical and non-clinical staff in any healthcare setting. It promotes the sharing of staff across other work sites within a group structure and supports the development of an internal staffing agency.

CliniShift has successfully increased the number of staff working in float pools; encouraged staff who pick up ad hoc shifts to react more quickly to vacancy requests and has encouraged health systems to create internal staffing agency's or share staff across the organization, where permitted.
