For me, ClickHelp is the best solution to manage the hugest pile of documents. I do not have to spend hours making a new version of a document by means of copypasting the existing extracts. I do not have to spend hours editing all the documents when something changes. I am not afraid to get lost in all the versions of our documents. I always see who and when edited documentation. I am not afraid of editing documentation as I always know that I can easily get back to one of the previous versions. This is great to be sure that everything works well.
I really like the fact that this tool has an immense number of features. The best one for me is its flexibility. You can customize your workflow the way you need and the way you see it. That is simply great because my stages of documentation delivery may differ from what you have in your company. For me, this is quite personal. And this tool meets my personal approach to documentation delivery. Another thing that is simply adorable is that ClickHelp can integrate with the widest range of other services and tools. I use Zendesk. And it is wonderful =)
My recommendation is the following: get a trial. You will see the pros and cons. But I think you will like it. ClickHelp meets all the needs of authors. It is a good solution for large teams to establish the workflow; as you know, working in a team may be challenging.
