Use Clearooms as your workspace management tool to help to maintain a safe working environment in your office. By using our hot desk booking feature you can manage the number of people who plan to work in the office each day, whilst ensuring the desks they use have a safe distance between them. To manage the use of your meeting rooms, the Clearooms app will show room bookings and availability when displayed on a tablet device outside each meeting space, reducing meeting interruptions and room booking mishaps.
