CleanConfirm

CleanConfirm is a lightweight shift confirmation and coverage workflow for small residential and commercial cleaning teams. It works after a schedule has already been created, helping owners and admins see which assigned shifts are confirmed, which are still waiting for a response, and which need replacement coverage.

Teams can import assigned shifts from CSV or add them manually, send email reminders for unconfirmed work, and track confirmed, unconfirmed, and pending-cover statuses. Staff use a mobile-friendly web view to confirm a shift or report that they cannot attend. When coverage is needed, owners and admins can review cover requests, reassign the shift, and keep the gap visible until a replacement is confirmed.

CleanConfirm is not a full scheduling, payroll, time-tracking, or HR system. It is designed to work alongside the tools a cleaning team already uses and add a focused confirmation and cover-coordination layer before the job starts.
